  4. Mix the gelatin and cold water in a container.
  5. In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese, sugar, heavy cream, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  6. Now add the gelatin to the mixture.
  7. Stir everything well, add the green powder and stir again until a uniform green mass is formed.
  8. Carefully pour the matcha cream cheese mixture onto the prepared cookie crust in the springform pan.
  9. Let the cheesecake stand in the refrigerator for about 8 hours.
  10. You can enjoy your matcha cheesecake on its own, garnish it with fresh berries or a pinch of matcha powder.
